Owning a home makes people HAPPY!

The company has been involved in customizing log homes under the USA building code, building and/or selling them on the local market, and buying and developing land for homes to be built on, including but not limited to "THE HAPPY HOME" project.

"Happy Home" is the project for the bright future of California's low-income residents. A priority goal of this project is to increase the well-being of low-income individuals and families in two ways: to prevent them from homelessness and make them primary homeowners instead of tenants, even if they live from the benefits after the post-COVID period.

"Happy Home" is affordable, sustainable housing in a 500-square-foot log cabin with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The cabin has a cathedral ceiling that allows for the integration of a loft, and the cabin stands on a concrete foundation.

Such tiny log Cabins are legal and comply with all California Green Building Standards, Sustainability Building Codes, and local zoning requirements. The first building permit for a tiny sustainable log Cabin has already been granted in Crescent City, Del Norte County, California. The precut and preassembled log cabins can be constructed everywhere in California. Tiny homes are becoming increasingly popular as people look to downsize their living situations. People can permanently live in a tiny house. Living in a tiny home is cheaper than living in a traditional home.

The project is unique because it enables each low-income individual and family in California to become the owner of a 500 sq. ft log cabin primary home with adjoining land under the terms of a 30-year mortgage or rent-to-own property with $0 down payment each, even if they live from benefits only.
