Under the motto: "Achieving a Sustainable Balance"

The 2nd Edition of the Congress under the title „Localisation on Environmental Business and Supply Base in India” was successfully held under the patronage of Dr R.K. Pachauri on February 3, 2009 in New Delhi, India and as a joint special event during the Delhi Sustainable Development Summit 2009.

The aim of The India Edition is to establish a framework to combine the contributions of business, technology, science and government in seeking opportunities for effective policies and investments in the context of current Indian economic conditions. The suggestions of the India Edition have been given to decision makers at the COP15
